We offer different types of counselling:

 

You will have an opportunity to meet with a counsellor and explore your goals and ask any questions you may have at assessment.

 

The assessment aims to decide if it would be useful for you to have counselling sessions and if not what type of psychological help would be more suited to you.

 

There may be a wait between your counselling assessment appointment and beginning counselling, this will be explained to you at your first appointment.

 

Counselling is a talking therapy that provides a safe and confidential space to think about and explore any problems with a professional counsellor. Many personal problems can be helped through counselling including depression and relationship difficulties.
